Restricted study procedure Schaffhausen Rhine east bank

The upgrading of the Fischerhäusern area up to and including the Gaswerk site is an important step towards achieving the goal of bringing the city of Schaffhausen closer to the Rhine. In order to do meet the diverse requirements and complexity, the city council commissioned the urban planning department to carry out an urban planning study procedure for the development of the entire area from the Fischerhäusern to and including the Gaswerk site.

As part of an interdisciplinary team of planners led by Güller Güller architecture urbanism, gutundgut was able to contribute valuable recommendations on the development potential of the area, the gastronomic offerings on the waterfront and the welcoming culture.
