Touristic overall project

The Alpine Astrovillage Lü stailas was opened in 2010 with the aim of offering astrophotography and celestial observations for amateur astronomers and scientists. Although the Astrovillage proves to be an interesting offer, it never reached financial viability.

gutundgut was asked to develop an overall concept for this project which includes touristic connection points in the region and a design that is compliant with the nature park. We developed a sustainable and nature-oriented offer around the theme of stars as well as light and darkness. The aim is to reach many target groups and position Lü stalias as a unique place of retreat and relaxation surrounded by nature.
