Development of a competence center for tourism

Within the framework of the NRP project in the Zürcher Weinland, a competence center for tourism is to be established. gutundgut supports and accompanies the regional management in this process.

For the Zürcher Weinland region, a competence center for tourism should enable the regional service providers to establish and maintain sustainable tourism in the region. In addition, the residents’ identity with their region should be strengthened and the external communication should be unified. Last but not least, the potential of the Zürcher Weinland region is to be used and protected in a targeted manner.

gutundgut has taken on various tasks within the framework of this NRP sub-project: Assistance in the creation of a road map for the establishment of the competence center tourism, planning and moderation of a workshop with regional stakeholders in tourism as well as the accompaniment of the development process of the concept for the content-related and strategic organization of the competence center.
