The Büvetta Tarasp is the most splendid and only remaining drinking hall from the great era of spa tourism in Switzerland. The Büvetta, built in Nairs near Scuol as part of the former “Bad Tarasp” spa complex, is now a protected historic building and is one of the most important historicist buildings in the Canton of Grisons. For the task of managing the renovation work of the Büvetta, as well as allowing the drinking hall to be experienced again by visitors, the Association Pro Büvetta Tarasp was looking for a committed personality to fill the position of project manager. In an open application process, Christian Müller, architect and partner at gutundgut, was selected for this demanding task of preserving the unique cultural treasure.
