In the workshop „5-Star Service for SME“ employees of SME are introduced to the service mentality of a 5-star hotel in an unconventional way. The top-hotel management experience is combined with different methods from the fields of acting and communications training. This ensures an excellent, courteous and competent customer service. Specifically, the workshop consists of practical exercises from everyday work as well as theoretical inputs. As an important condition for the service mentality of an SME, clarity regarding the company’s culture and values must be provided first.
