Zermatt Gandegg lodge

Few mountain huts in Switzerland have such a spectacular location as the Gandegg Hut in Zermatt. Surrounded by the Matterhorn, Breithorn and Monte Rosa, the Gandegg lodge at 3030 m.a.s.l. was popular in the past for acclimatising mountain tours. The charming mountain hut has been family-owned since 1885. gutundgut has now been given the mandate to look for new usage ideas for the Gandegg lodge and to test them for feasibility. Everything that belongs to successful placemaking comes together here: a location with potential, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, clients open to ideas and the local anchoring of the project.
