Since 2010, the Kambly Experience has successfully ensured that a large number of guests can experience Kambly with all five senses. Additionally, Kambly Experience is an important sales channel. In view of the ten-year anniversary the current offer of the experience world should be reviewed and where appropriate, selectively improved.
gutundgut was commissioned to analyze the existing offer of the Kambly Experience and work out possible optimizations within a workshop. During the development, the aim was to expand the experience component and adapt the Kambly Experience to the needs of today’s guests. The recommendations for action should provide a basis for decision-making for the implementation and planning of the Kambly Experience 2020.
