With FOOD ZURICH Zurich Tourism wants to group together all existing culinary events in Zurich. From September 8th to September 18th the culinary delights will be celebrated at more than 60 „open source“ events and in between 50 to 100 participating restaurants.
Upon request by Zurich Tourism gutundgut developed an idea catalogue for the recognition of FOOD ZURICH at event as well as the restaurants with the so-called city dish. The ideas should serve the positioning of FOOD ZURICH and are sustainable so that they can be used for future festivals.
